Your data is stored in the EU, three regional clusters in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Finland, on Google Cloud. Running a live conversation also involves specialist AI providers for speech and language reasoning, some based in the US; where that's the case, transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We disclose every provider that touches your data and the legal basis for each transfer. Access is role-based and enforced server-side, and each customer's data is fully isolated.
